On occasions where the item(s) purchased is needed urgently, kindly state it on the order note on the website or send an email stating the date the product(s) is needed for.
All Delivery costs vary according to location and weight of item(s).

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. For international orders, Custom/import charges may apply.
Please note that JodyCruise is not responsible for the payment of these charges. And all charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Note: In the case where the recipient has refused to pay for the charges, and the parcel is returned to us by the courier service, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
In a case where you intend to change your delivery address or contact details, kindly send an email with your order name and number to firstname.lastname@example.org
-Please note that this may delay the delivery further if it has already been processed for delivery.
-If the delivery has already reached the initial delivery address, a change of address will require an additional fee which will be paid by you.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT
If an attempt to deliver your item fails due to your unavailability, incorrect address or phone number, a second delivery will be attempted, after which you’ll be required to pay for the cost of any other attempt. Reasons for Returns/ refund should be one of the following.
- Damaged goods
- Wrong sizing
CONDITION FOR RETURNS
- A proof of payment should be provided before a return, refund or exchange.
- Return must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once your product is retrieved, a thorough inspection will be done and If the quality check is successful, the item will be Exchanged.
- In a case where you ordered/provided the wrong size, The total cost of returns will be paid by you. Kindly check our size guide to ensure you choose your right size.
Products will be thoroughly inspected before the refund process begins.
The inspection takes a maximum of 2 days after the product has been received.
In a case where the purchase comes with a free promotional item, you will be required to send it back along side the purchase. If forgotten, the refund will not be made.
Returns will not be accepted once the tag has been taken off. Please, Thoroughly inspect your items before removing the tags.
Once your product is retrieved, and the inspection process is successful, we will refund you based on our refund policy.
Please note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded, but the product will be sent back.
All refunds are done via the JodyCruise Refund Voucher. The voucher issued will be equal to the value of the product you ordered excluding delivery charges. JodyCruise Refund Voucher will be used as funds to purchase other items.
The voucher remains valid for 120 calendar days only. The refund voucher can be used on several purchases until the amount is exhausted.
A voucher number will be issued to you and below are the steps on how to use it.
- Place an order on our website
- On the checkout screen enter your voucher (multiple vouchers is allowed)
- The amount of the voucher will be deducted from the total cost
- If the total amount of the order is less than the voucher, the remaining amount will be in your voucher which you can use any time.
